After spending 8 years working extensively across Florida at hunter jumper training facilities, Jessica moved herself and her family to the city of Las Vegas. Once settled in, she applied what she learned to two respected training facilities.
Eventually she realized all of these experiences had one thing in common; the industry's outdated labor model and how it creates chaos for everyone involved.
